Our Business Continuity Plan, and How We Will Continue To Serve Your Needs
Greetings, fellow Tennesseans! As the COVID-19 virus situation continues to evolve and change, we want to ensure our clients know they’re still our number one priority. We’re committed to providing the same level of service and as little disruption as possible.
Governor Lee recently extended the executive “stay at home” order through April 24. He issued this order, as many officials across the country have done, in an effort to stop the spread of the virus and reduce the strain on our national and local resources. However, legal services and law firms are considered essential businesses under this order, so we continue to be available to you.
The attorneys, legal team, and staff at the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm are doing their part to flatten the curve by working remotely when they can and following all CDC cleaning and safety protocols. However, we do remain fully operational and will continue supporting our clients – because that’s what we do.
Keeping you safe and secure – electronically and physically
To ensure and protect the health of our clients and staff, we are drastically limiting our amount of face-to-face contact. We understand, though, that you may have some concerns or trepidation about conducting business electronically. Let us ease your mind. Our office employs – and always has – cybersafe and secure technology, with encrypted servers and software to protect your information, including:
- Firewall and antivirus protection
- Virtual private networks to keep company data confidential
- DocuSign, for secure electronic document signing
- Safe, secure electronic payment options
If you have any concerns about your privacy and confidentiality as a client, please contact us and we can work something out for your specific circumstances.
We’re also continually cleaning and sanitizing our offices according to CDC protocols, including:
- High-touch surfaces like tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, phones, tablets, touch screens, remote controls, keyboards, handles, and desks
- Washing hands often and immediately after removing gloves or contact with people
- Following CDC recommendations on how to prevent getting sick
Rest assured we’ll continue to provide the same level of service we’ve always provided to our clients. We can all navigate this crisis together, and our attorneys are here for you.
The team at Rocky McElhaney Law Firm continue to work for the citizens of Tennessee during these uncertain times. We serve clients in Nashville, Hendersonville, or Knoxville. Call us today at 615-425-2500 or fill out our contact form. We fight for you.
