Looking for a Legal Intake Specialist with Gladiator Skills!

Title: Legal Intake Specialist / Backup Legal Administrative Assistant

Hours: Full-time position

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary: Depends on your level of skill and experience

We’re not looking for a telephone operator. We’re looking for someone exceptional.

We’re searching for an individual who feels that helping injury victims get back on their feet after an accident is a worthwhile thing to do and that playing a critical role in that process would drive them to excel. We’re looking for someone who would fit right in with a culture of smart, funny, caring people who care as much about each other as for the work they do.

You’ll know you’re a good fit if…
• You do best when you’re a part of a team that’s working toward a common goal.
• You have a healthy sense of humor.
• You believe everyone deserves respect, regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, or level of income.
• You take pride in being a master organizer and in doing every job well.
• You’re interested in the law and in being part of a team that helps victims gain justice.
• You’re someone who likes learning and wants to grow personally and professionally.
• You’re looking for a job that you’ll never want to leave.
• You’re looking for a role that will allow you to change lives.

We’ll know you’re a good fit if…
• You have at least one-year experience with clerical/administrative work.
• You have a knack for organization, details, and meeting deadlines.
• You have the judgement required to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple things at once.
• You’re a self-starter who’s likely to take personal initiative to get things done.
• You’re skilled at working independently but recognize when to seek help.
• You’re a whiz at using Microsoft Office products and eager to learn new and updated software as it comes out.
• You follow the rules because you understand that following policies and procedures keeps our work successful and our culture in-tact.

Although it’s definitely not required, we’ll be super-impressed if you have previous experience working at a law firm or using case management software like Filevine or Lead Docket.
