Why We're Doing This

Rocky McElhaney Law Firm believes that every community is built on the people who show up for others, day after day. Just as we fight for our clients in the courtroom, we recognize the educators who fight for our children every day — in the classroom, the cafeteria, and everywhere in between. This is our time to say thank you. Whether it’s the teacher who inspired your child, or the support staff member who makes school feel like home, these individuals deserve to be seen, supported, and celebrated for the impact they make. Rocky McElhaney Law Firm is proud to stand behind the educators and school staff who stand behind our kids.

Cast your vote

Choose one educator. Your vote counts twice — once for your teacher and once for their school in the Biggest Rally. One vote per person, so make it count.

Every school runs on someone

Our nominees are the teachers and school staff who make school somewhere a child wants to be. The teacher who stayed late. The aide who noticed. The one who knows every kid by name.

Your vote counts twice: once for your favorite educator, and once for their school in the race for the $1,000 Biggest Rally prize.
