Every year, Nashville Business Journal “recognizes companies in Middle Tennessee that strive to maintain a work-life balance, have fun and have a great team mentality” with its annual Best Places to Work list. Eligible companies are nominated by the public, and then the employees of those companies must fill out an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.
